All products purchased from Vivo Zebra are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the day of delivery. This warranty provides full coverage for:

  • Parts and Labor: Coverage for the components and the technical service required for repairs.

  • Shipping Damage: Items that arrive broken or non-functional due to the transit process.

Section 2 – Warranty Exclusions

Please note that our warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Accidental Damage: Drops, spills, or misuse by the customer.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, scuffing, or aging that occurs naturally over time.

  • Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by failing to follow the provided care and cleaning instructions.

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any modifications or repairs made to the product by third parties after delivery.

Section 3 – How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  2. Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or issue.

  3. Review: Our technical team will review your claim within 48 hours of receipt.

Section 4 – Resolutions

If your claim is approved, Vivo Zebra will, at its discretion, provide one of the following:

  • Repair or Parts: We will provide the necessary parts and guidance for repair.

  • Replacement: We will send a brand-new replacement of the original item if it cannot be repaired.

  • Store Credit: A credit to be used on vivozebra.us for a future purchase.

Since we offer Free Shipping on all initial orders, Vivo Zebra will also cover the shipping costs for any replacement items or parts sent out under a valid warranty claim.

Section 5 – Shipping Delays and Warranty Start Date

Please remember that our standard shipping delay is 8–10 days. To ensure you receive your full 365 days of protection, the warranty period begins only after the tracking information shows the item has been “Delivered” to your address.
