30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase from vivozebra.us.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@vivozebra.us. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Because we provide Free Shipping on all initial orders to your door, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see our Warranty Policy).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@vivozebra.us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, Vivo Zebra will cover the costs of the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), or hazardous materials. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
