Cancellation Policy

At Vivo Zebra, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to meet our 8-10 day delivery window. Because our system is automated through WooCommerce to ensure efficiency and Free Shipping for all customers, there is a limited window in which an order can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at contact@vivozebra.us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Within 12 Hours: We will attempt to stop the processing of your order and issue a full refund immediately.

  • After 12 Hours: Most orders will have already entered the processing and packaging phase. Once an order has been processed or handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to cancel it.

Refusal of Delivery

Please note that if an order has already been shipped and you choose to cancel by “refusing delivery” upon arrival, the original shipping costs incurred by Vivo Zebra and any return handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

Since we provide Free Shipping on all products, we invest in the logistics to get the item to you; therefore, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Address Corrections

If you realize you provided an incorrect shipping address, please email contact@vivozebra.us immediately. While we cannot “cancel” the order after the 6-hour window, we will do our best to update the logistics information if the package has not yet left our warehouse.

  3. Details: Include your full name and the item(s) you wish to cancel.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
